FERMENTATION:                               cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 18-20 ° C

 

EXPANSION:                                      in steel tank on the fine lees

 

HARVEST:                                           manual harvest in early September

 

ALCOHOL:                                          12.8% Alc.

ACIDITY:                                             6.5 g/l

RESIDUAL SUGAR:                            1.6 g/l

 

DESCRIPTION:                                   soft pink, fresh scent of strawberries and cherries, freshand harmony on the palate with a slight departure

 

FOOD RECOMMENDATION:           ideal aperitif, pleasant accompaniment to fish & light various snack                                                               dishes
