Alcohol: 13.5%/vol   Dry white wine

Vinification
De-stemming at harvest - Maceration on skins - Pneumatic press
Cold-stabilization and fermentation at a controlled temperature. Elevage on the lees

Elevage in cuve  until bottling in an air-conditioned storehouse.

Comments
Classic varietal aromas.  Powerful mouth.  Notes of toast and dry fruit., 
Long finish, rich and smooth
