"RIBOTA"  MOSCATO D'ASTI  DOCG

 

The Moscato wine pleases the senses with its unmistakable flavours.  The sweetness of the Moscato grapes is combined with marked freshness, full of intense fruity and floral aromas of acacia and lime blossom, peaches and apricots. 

Produced with new cellar techniques:  soft pressing, temperature controlled and fermentation in autoclave.

A few months after the harvest ,the wine is already ready to toast the festivities at the end of the year.  Famous as a dessert wine, for its moderate alcohol, it is being recognized as an excellent summer drink.

Refined 3 months in steel tank - 2 months in bottle
