From the village of Charnay 

Soil with limestone and loess

 

VITICULTURE

Guyot very short pruning

Soil with grass  to limit yield

Ébourgeonnage by hand and very severe

Harvest by hand with ripe grapes 13.00 % alc.

 

 

VINIFICATION and ELEVAGE

 

Grapes were put direct in pneumatic press

Vinification with original and natural yeasts in stainless tank  on gross lees

Batonnage add with some micro bullage

Elevage 9 months on total lees

Bottling by us with very little filtration
