Four of the greatest terroirs of Alsace for Riesling are Schlossberg, Sommerberg, Rangen and the Grand Crus adjoining Ribeauvillé; Kirchberg and Geisberg.  With Albert Mann and Schoffit, we have the first three of these covered.  Paul Fuchs, taking over from his father Henri, has great Riesling sites in Ribeauvillé; not only the famous Kirchberg, but also a little-known parcel, not Grand Cru but making wine of that level, named Hagel (the German word for hail, so that gives you an idea how hospitable this site is, up above Kirchberg). The Hagel vineyard's soil is granite and we all know how expressive Riesling is on granite.  Paul also makes an excellent classic Riesling from terroirs at the base of the village and above - the combination makes for a beautifully balanced, excellent value Riesling.  And one must taste his old vines Sylvaner to believe it - exceptional length and class for this variety.   Certified Bio (organic) by Ecocert since 2008, Paul also only uses indegenous yeasts in all his wine-making.
