Landwein, dry, Region Podravje, 13,5% Vol.

Harvested on 27th October and 2nd November 2004 by hand into boxes.

Careful de-stemming and maceration for 15 hours.

Fermentation and maturation in new oak.

Bottled:  May 2006

A blend of 60% Chardonnay, 30 % Sauvignon and 10% Riesling italico fermented in new 450-liter-oak-vats and matures 18 months on the yeast.

Bottled unfiltered.

An elegant wine with enormous ageing ability.
