Quality wine, dry, Region Maribor, 13,5% Vol.

Harvested on 24th October and 25th  of October 2005 by hand into boxes.

Careful de-stemming and maceration for 6 hours.

Fermentation and maturation in stainless steel vats.

Bottled:  May 2006

Pure concentration: less than 30hl/ha yields makes this focuses and durable wine from gneiss.
