Quartz soil with large pebbles.

Vineyards are exposed South / South-East.

 
Maturation

In stainless steel vats on fine lees during 4 months.

Fined and filtered.

 

Characteristics

Ripe, spicy fruit berries.

Rich and soft wine, concentrated fruit flavours with great length

on the palate.

Dense but fine tannins.

Young but promising wine

 

Vinification

Grapes are harvested at full maturity then de-stemmed and chilled at 7°C and macerate for 12 to 13 years.

At 13°C fermentation begins for 10 to 12 days. Then post-fermentation takes place for another 4 to 6 days.
