MINERVOIS 2004

 

  70% Grenache, 15% Carignan, 15% Syrah.

The Grenache constituting this wine come from old vines of 70 years old and they are completely vinified in open concrete tanks with daily punching of the cap.

We also have 40 years old Syrah and 100 years old Carignan which are aged in new oak barrels from Seguin Moreau and Dominique Laurent during 14 months.

The total production was 9950 bottles in 2003 and 9680 in 2004 and 2005 with an average yield of 24 hl/ha.
