The Gatekeeper 2003 South Australian Shiraz – 45% McLaren Vale Shiraz, harvested at an average 4.2 tons per acre and 55% Lower Riverlands (the better section) Shiraz, harvested at 6.3 tons to the acre, so the average comes to a little over 5 tons.  Alcohol 14% with 14.3 baume at harvest; aged 18 months in 2^nd and 3^rd year American oak 300 liter barrels. Bottled unfiltered.
