A young wine with intense amber color, a pleasantly bitter taste, strong tannins, and high alcohol. Mtsvane means “green” in Georgian, and refers to the grape’s skin color. The grapes are de-stemmed, fermented and aged on skins for 3 months.
A superior Amber wine.

Andria Gvino Saperavi Khashmi
45 year old ungrafted, direct-planted Saperavi, spontaneous fermentation, vinification in Qvevri, no SO2, unfined, unfiltered, from the tiny appellation of Khashmi, in south Khakheti (a rocky terroir with an elevation of 800 meters).
