Organic

i Clivi's viticulture can be described by 3 basic elements: (a) very old vines - at least 60 years of age, but many are 80 or over - for natural concentration, complexity and elegance as well as marked individuality and strong character; (b) certified organic cultivation; and c) all vineyards are on the hillside, with perfect exposition (south-east) and ideal water drainage. These wines boast extraordinary complexity with a richness of flavors and brilliant minerality for an unforgettable drinking experience. The native varietals of Ribolla Giala, Friulano, ancient Malvasia and Verduzzo here are whole-cluster vinified on native yeasts, aged on the lees, unfined and unfiltered in old barrel or tank. You simply can't find more natural wines.
