Analysis of the wine Alcoholic strength 13 % Total acidity (AT) 4,5 g/l Residual sugars 45 g/l
Tasting Eye: golden colour, of beautiful intensity with golden glints. The disk is fine, limpid, brilliant, transparent, and bright. Nose: The expressive nose unveils fine floral aromas, dominated by rose, slightly peppered, as well as an exotic touch, litchi, passion fruit. The airing intensifies the exotic character, passion fruit, mango, but it stays very airy. In spite of its youth, the nose is entrancing, delicate, very distinguished. Mouth: The first contact is round and develops to opulence, marked by fine vivacity. Beautiful length in the mouth, characterized by floral aromas, rose water, exotic fruit, slightly spicy. The finish shows a fine vivacity. The mouth is opulent and generous.
Accompaniment food/wine Beautiful accompaniment for Creole or Japanese dishes. Lobster salad with citrus fruit and ginger.
Tasting temperature 12 ° C
Ageing It will become a very beautiful wine, asking for 7 years of development.
