TASTING
Eye : clear golden colour, of good intensity with clear glints. The disk is thick, limpid, brilliant and transparent. The wine shows a young character. Nose : The nose is discreet, complex, marked by a slight empyreumatic aroma, fresh fruit, a note of liquorice, chestnut; still discreet nose, but racy. Mouth : The first contact is vivid and develops to freshness, mellowness, characterized by a frank vivacity. The alcohol support is present. Good length on the palate with 6 caudalies, aromas of liquorice, fruit with white flesh, quince. Nervous finish. The structure is full and generous.
FOOD/WINE MATCHES
We like to serve it as a accompaniment of a poultry fricassee with sauce and mushrooms, or with a cheese soufflé.
